The decision was lauded by millions of fans on social media, including friends of the late actor Sushant's family. Meanwhile, Rhea along with Sushant's family members are happy that the case has been transferred to the CBI.

With the latest development, the Mumbai Police .. Rhea will have to face a CBI investigation similar to the Enforcement Directorate investigation. Counsel for Rhea stated that no matter what agency investigated the case, his client did nothing wrong.

On Wednesday, the apex court asked the Mumbai police to transfer the case to the CBI and provide court evidence. Responding to this, Sushant's family lawyer praised the verdict. "This is a victory for Sushant Singh's Rajput family. The Supreme Court has ruled in our favor. Also, Riya Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde issued a statement in which he referred to the Supreme Court judgment as `wanted justice 'with the honorific text. "The Supreme Court's decision is appropriate after considering the actual circumstances of the case. "It should be noted that Riya himself has called for a CBI probe in the past, which would be" desired justice, "he said.
