Corona Virus: Kashish International Queer Film Festival postponed, now scheduled in September




The 11th edition of Kashish International Queer Film Festival was to be held in Mumbai in May which has now moved forward.  The film festival will now be held in September.  The decision to pursue the film festival has been taken due to the corona virus.


The festival was scheduled to run from 20 to 24 May.  Different Venues were selected for these three days.  Which includes Liberty Cinema, Metro Inox and Alliances Francis de Bombay.

 The director of Kashish Film Festival, Sridhar Rangayan, believes that it is necessary to take these precautions to protect people's health.  The date on which it will be held in September is yet to be decided.  He says that we will try to get the date announced soon
